Should I Stay or Should I Go?
Wondering whether to stay or leave your relationship? Thinking of ending your marriage? Well we promise you won’t have to listen to the Clash, but you will have to do your homework.
In this 8-week program we help you explore your wants, fears, and patterns in relationships through focused writing assignments and insight exploration. The goal of the program is to help you gain clarity around what you really want, and what is ultimately holding you back from meeting those needs. This clarity is essential in making such a significant decision.
The Connection Cure
Fighting all the time? Or feeling so distant you can’t even imagine finding your way back together?
Our 10-week program for couples is designed to help you identify and change the negative patterns in your relationship that are creating conflict and distance so that you can both feel happier and more fulfilled in your relationship.
In this structured program we work with couples to help them move away from the content of the arguments or trying to determine who is right and who is wrong so they can identify and eventually express to each other what they are really longing for in the relationship. Through this process we find couples fight less, feel more connected, and describe feeling more secure and satisfied in their relationship.
